From Gemsweb Digital to Tangison Technologies

Before Tangison Technologies CC, the work shipped under the name Gemsweb Digital. Under that earlier name the same Windhoek team built and delivered websites and digital systems for Namibian clients. The move to Tangison Technologies made a legal entity out of what the work had already become: engineering for institutions, applied AI, and systems that have to keep running when conditions turn.

What carried over

The clients, the tooling, and the habit of finishing what we ship. Gemsweb Digital proved the craft on real projects. Tangison Technologies CC carries it into ICT, applied AI, digital transformation, consulting, and research and development, as a 100% Namibian owned close corporation.

The same coastline the work has always answered to, under both names.

Where to verify it

The transition is on the record, not just in the telling. The company page carries the registration and compliance detail in full, in an accordion an evaluator can open and check line by line. The cases page lists work with honest statuses, including the entries that ended. Where the earlier name appears in the company story, such as the NCRST boost of the agent product, it is stated as exactly that: work done under Gemsweb Digital, before the name changed.

Why the name matters

Tangison reads as one group with two faces: Technologies, which builds the systems institutions run on, and Studio, the design and engineering arm that ships client work. The earlier name built the foundations. The current one states the ambition, and the company profile carries the full registration record for anyone who needs to verify it.
