Company note

The partners behind the work

Tuppaman wordmark

Companies love the word partner because it borrows trust the arrangement has not earned. This note does the opposite: it walks through every relationship behind our work, partner and client alike, and states each one as exactly what it is. The partners page now carries the same record as a single wall of marks and names, and this note is the story of how to read it.

The standing partner

Tuppaman is the one standing delivery partnership. Tuppaman is a Namibian agribusiness and technology company whose scope runs from farming through agro-processing, agricultural technology, ICT, research and consulting. Where their operations meet ours, the two companies deliver together: systems, ICT delivery, and the engineering side of agricultural technology.

The scope is written down because a partnership described loosely is a liability the first time someone checks it. The partnership covers delivery collaboration on ICT and agri-technology work, and referral in both directions where a project needs both sides. Nothing more is implied, and no endorsement runs in either direction.

The client record

Client work ships through Tangison Studio, the group's design and engineering arm. The studio's selected record runs to sixteen projects, and every one of them is named: Smart H₂O, Mendozer Investments, Weca Offroad Centre, Enchanted Artistry CC, Dieselman Nam, MI-WAY by Malu Investment, Revive Auto Works, L&R Clearing Agency, Feorm, Crescendo Namibia, Tangison Systems, Petrocor, SMEFrog, Cluster Leaf Safaris, Nalago Skincare, and ProAvia Travel & Tours.

The statuses differ and we state them as they stand. Feorm, the agrotourism marketplace, was delivered and later discontinued, and it stays on the record precisely because of that. A client wall that only shows survivors is a marketing artefact, not a record. The cases ledger on this site carries the same honesty for the larger engagements.

What is deliberately not on the wall

Two names people might expect are absent, for reasons worth stating. NCRST is not a partner: the National Commission on Research, Science and Technology boosted our agent product while the company operated as Gemsweb Digital, which makes it a chapter in the company story, not a current relationship. And one engagement is classified: the client's mark stands in for its name, and the name is never printed.

That is the whole discipline. Real partners named, real clients named, heritage kept in its era, and classified work kept classified. A wall built that way can be checked line by line, which is the only kind of wall worth putting in front of a client.
