We build and support the systems institutions run on. Yes. Tangison Technologies CC is registered with the Business and Intellectual Property Authority, 100% Namibian owned. Registration and compliance detail is carried in this site's structured data rather than printed on the page, and the essentials (registry, tax standing, employer registration) are on the company page, in an accordion you can open and check.
Yes. Capability statements, technical responses, and specification review are part of the offer, and someone technical sits in the room during negotiation. Our own capability statement is this site: published, structured, and checkable, which is the standard we apply to tender documents.
The multi-step contact form takes the details a proper response needs, including tender and RFI as an enquiry type.
Nowhere you do not choose. Our position, held since the first build, is self-hosted: models and agents run on your infrastructure, your data stays inside your boundary, and the operations are documented for your own people. No external service sits in the loop unless you knowingly put one there.
The agent platform, formerly developed as Nangula AI, was discontinued in 2026. Its research lineage continues in-house. The product got national recognition when NCRST boosted it while the company operated as Gemsweb Digital, and that era is part of the company story, stated as exactly that. The honest status is on the cases page, because a company that hides its ended products cannot be trusted with your live one.
The company started as Gemsweb Digital, a Windhoek team shipping digital systems for Namibian clients. It became Tangison Technologies CC, and the team, the clients, and the standard carried over. The work published under the earlier name is real, and the transition is documented rather than glossed.
A classified engagement is one the client has asked us not to describe publicly. Its mark stands in for the name, which is never printed, and the status copy reads as classified with no further public detail. It is currently paused, not under active construction, and we will not speculate about it in a meeting either.
No. Builds are done in-house, and client projects deliver through Tangison Studio, the design and engineering arm of the same group. The people who scope the work are the people who build it, and the people who build it are the people who answer the support call.
With a conversation that has structure. The contact form walks through who you are, the work, and the context, so the first reply is substantive instead of a request for more information. If the work is not ours to do, you will hear that in the first reply too.
That is normal, and it is a service, not an obstacle. A straight answer on which technical decision holds up under scrutiny comes before any build, in writing, with the reasoning attached. If the honest answer is a prototype first, we say so, and the prototype exists to produce a decision, not a demo.
Scoped per engagement, after the work is understood. We do not publish a price list, because pretending fixed prices fit unknown work is how projects start wrong. The contact form takes an optional budget range, which helps us answer with something concrete instead of a follow-up question.
Yes. The cases page lists selected work with honest statuses, each entry expandable and checkable, and the Tangison Studio portfolio carries sixteen delivered client projects with their full case studies. Nothing on either page is padded with anonymous claims.
