Tangi Iigonda
Tangi Iigonda founded the company that became Tangison Technologies CC, first operating as Gemsweb Digital, and leads it end to end: strategy, delivery, and client relationships. Every engagement carries the same accountability, from the first specification review to the support call after handover.
The operating model is deliberate: a small, senior team with the group's Studio arm behind it. There is no account manager layer between the person who understands your system and the person who decides how it gets built.
Clients work with the founder directly on decisions that carry weight: tender responses, architecture calls, and the moments where a straight answer matters more than a comfortable one.
Documented, not tribal
Decisions arrive in writing. The reasoning survives the people, so an auditor or a successor can reconstruct why a system is the way it is.
Local, on purpose
Windhoek based, working across Namibia. The conditions your system runs under are the conditions we build under, not an annex to a data-centre specification.
